What are the Costs for this Addon?

This Addon is a little unique in that it cannot simply be installed from AppSource, as several steps are required to get it properly wired to Business Central. The default installation is all performed by our team.

Therefore, this App has a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $3,500.00.

After that, the cost is only $10/PUPM with a ten user minimum.

Note: Partner Access to your tenant will be required, but can be removed after installation.

Is this an Alternative to Dynamics 365 Sales Integration?

It is indeed! But we think RapidStart CRM is a better alternative.

For one thing, RapidStart CRM is much easier to use. It also includes Opportunity and Case management in one app.

Best of all, it can run on a Microsoft Power Apps license for as little as $5/user.

Does this app require RapidStart CRM?

Yes. This app is designed to be used with our RapidStart apps and forms; it has no value outside of that. It will require upgrading to RapidStart CRM Plus.

Can this be Customized?

Absolutely, like anything RapidStart CRM, this addon is completely customizable. Depending on your requirements, you may need to engage with us and/or your Business Central partner.

Can Additional Business Central tables be Integrated?

Yes! There are 68 Standard Business Central tables available to display in RapidStart CRM with some configuration. With help from your Business Central partner and us, your custom Business Central tables could also be displayed.

What is the difference between Integration and Virtual Tables?

“Integration” is keeping a table in Business Central “synchronized” with a similar table in RapidStart CRM. Contacts and Accounts to Customers, for example. A change to a phone number in one goes to the other, etc.

Virtual Tables, on the other hand, “display” data from Business Central within RapidStart CRM that does not exist in RapidStart CRM. Like Sales Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Shipments, and Products, for example.

Can data go in both directions?

Sure. Data can come from Business Central to RapidStart CRM, from RapidStart CRM to Business Central, or Bi-Directionally.

By default, as we are targeting the Sales or Service user, most Business Central data is read-only. Customization work would be necessary to change the default behavior.

Can we cancel if this does not meet our needs?

You can cancel anytime, simply let us know and remove our solution from your environment.

What is "Preview" Software?

As Microsoft develops software, they will often release it as a “Preview” first before eventually going “GA” (General Availability). Preview means it is not explicitly supported by Microsoft yet and may be subject to further changes based on Preview feedback.

Portions of this Addon use “Preview” features for Business Central. It is possible that changes Microsoft may make could impact this addon’s functionality. We will update our Addon if changes occur, which may require re-installation or other steps. While we don’t anticipate it happening due to demand, Microsoft has also previously eliminated Preview software.
